For anyone who’s running unlicensed old version (7, 8, 8.1) of the Windows will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 but there’s a catch. Well, Microsoft has a provision for that too. You might be concerned about whether this upgrade will be fruitful for non-genuine or pirated Windows version. Call it an insane business strategy, a change of heart, benevolence or whatever, Microsoft has committed to this decision. The company took us by surprise and announced that a free Windows 10 upgrade will be available to all the Windows 7, 8, 8.1 users and that too ‘free for the first year’.
