Squirming Nerve bundles are crafted with 20 Parasitic Goo at a Furnace. Parasitic Goo is found by killing Parasprite (Best Target), Paratail, Oculob, Miasmop, and Sporgus. The Siphon can be crafted at an Avil with 1 Squirming Nerve Bundle, 2 Leather, 5 Titanium Bar, and 3 Sharpened Claws.
